Location

No cold water for days then no hot water for days. Toilet wouldn't flush and when we finally got cold water it was black for a couple of days.

Location at Legian was great - easy access to nearby streets for markets and restaurants etc. Easy walk over the road to Legian Beach to watch sunsets. Good value for money.

The resort is showing signs of age unfortunately and must have been an absolute gem in its hey-day. Pools are great, food is good and drinks are cold. Unfortunately my room airconditioning was not blowing cold air, but maintenance fixed it forthwith.

The hotel is run down. In bad need of renovations. The rooms need renovating. Lighting needs replacing. Showers are inefficient. Shower heads worn out. Table laminate peeling off. Toilet seats broken. Would not stay here again.

1. Few lights were not working in our room2. Less power points and few of them not working 3. Rooms are not dusted well, lots of dust behind the bed. And some dust in the cupboards4. AC cooling is not that great. The AC size in comparison to the room is very small

It was well presented, quite super friendly staff and a walk across the road to the beach

3 items of clothing were taken from my husbands bag in the room - a rashie, a shirt & a pair of pants. The staff said they would look into it, but then stopped replying to my messages when I was asking for feedback. He didn't take many clothes with him, so the missing items were noticed immediately. The breakfast was very average. The beds were hard & the sheets weren't changed - every night we were getting into a sandy bed :( The bathrooms were mouldy & the toilets didn't flush well

Plumbing horrible, shower was a trickle , toilet constantly blocked , holes in walls, TV unwatchable , breakfast went from buffet to set menu without knowledge or advice, breakfast was poor regardless.Old property , needs complete makeover.

Great location and very quiet. Security staff were fantastic.

Extremely run down. Not very clean. Showers were pretty awful. On arrival, lock on door was broken, safe didn't work and room was very mouldy. The power went out in our room and couldn't be rectified until next morning.

Great location , excellent friendly staff , the room was clean and when we checked in the air conditioner was on and the room was cold ??. They offered us late check out and for a small fee of $30 AUD we kept the room for another 7 hours and checked out in the morning Overall great value for money and spot on location

It was a little bit dated and some things needed maintenance but nothing important , the toilet flushing was normal Bali style and basically took several flushes to even get things moving , overall good value for money though

Resort could use a lot of maintenance. Our room was meant to be a connecting room but we were given 2 separate rooms which were quite dated and bathrooms needing a lot of upgrade.

the age of rooms were very dated. Some areas around the pool were a little mouldy and could use a good clean including the lounges

Honest appraisal.

The breakfasts were very poor.The general appearance in and around the hotel was substandard and needed a good clean up .There was a lack of maintenance around the whole place.We reported the phone was not working and this was not addressed during our stay.The steps in the pool were broken,the Sun lounges were broken,dirty and mouldy.No water coming through the hot water tap in the bathroom and the sink/bowl would not drain.There were many people around the resort unwell ,my wife included.It seemed everyone we spoke to was complaining about the condition of the resort and vowing not to return in future.All in all it was a very disappointing experience.

All the staff would do everything to make sure we're happy and comfortable. We were sick for a few days, and there was a little incident happening in our room from one of our kids, and the staff came helping us on that night. They're awesome people!The location is perfect. Next to the beach and many shops and restaurants around. Nice and beautiful Balinese resort.

Hopefully they can improve the food quality of their restaurant. And maybe make sure that the TV, AC, and water pressure works better.That's all ?
